Troubleshooting Your Infinity Mending Bow

Bow Not Combining in Anvil

If the anvil refuses to combine Infinity and Mending:

1. Verify the mod is properly installed and enabled

2. Check that you're using enchanted books or items with the correct enchantments

3. Ensure your anvil has enough experience levels (combining enchantments costs XP)

4. Try using a fresh anvil if the current one seems problematic

Bow Not Shooting Infinite Arrows

If your bow consumes arrows despite having Infinity:

• Confirm you have at least one arrow in your inventory
• Check that Infinity is actually applied (view the bow's enchantments)
• Verify the mod is active by checking your mod list

Bow Not Repairing with XP

If Mending isn't restoring durability:

• Ensure the bow has durability damage to repair
• Collect XP orbs directly—they must reach your character
• Confirm Mending is properly applied to the bow

If issues persist, try crafting a new bow and reapplying both enchantments from scratch.
