Delete and Edit Text Across Multiple Sign Lines
Cross-Line Deletion
Instead of being confined to a single line, the Improved Sign Editing Mod lets you delete text as if you're editing a normal document. Pressing backspace or delete will remove characters seamlessly, even when they span across line breaks.
How to Edit Across Lines
1. Open a sign's editing screen by right-clicking it
2. Position your cursor where you want to make changes
3. Use Backspace to delete backwards across line boundaries
4. Use Delete to remove text forwards across lines
5. Type new text to replace what you've removed
6. Click Done to save
Example
If you have:
`
Line 1: Hello World
Line 2: Goodbye
`
You can now delete the space and "World" from line 1, and it will naturally pull "Goodbye" up without leaving gaps.
