It doesn't add new tools or items itself, but bundles six mini mods, each with its own function. So installing it gives you several different features at once.

It applies to pickaxes and lets you break multiple blocks at once. This makes mining faster than breaking blocks one by one.

CutAllSMP applies to axes and chops down an entire tree instead of just a section of it. DigAllSMP applies to shovels and lets you dig multiple blocks at once.

It collects dropped items in a wider area. This means you don't have to walk directly over each drop to pick it up.

It stores a large quantity of one item in a single container. This is useful for keeping bulk amounts of a material in one place.

It displays the enchantment results of an item. This lets you see what enchantments you would get before committing.
