Troubleshoot Ice Track Generation Issues

Ice Not Generating

If ice isn't appearing beneath your boat:

• Ensure you're actually inside the boat (right-click to enter)
• Verify the mod is installed and enabled
• Check that you're moving the boat (stationary boats won't generate ice)
• Make sure you have enough space—ice needs to generate on solid ground

Incomplete or Patchy Tracks

If your ice path has gaps or looks uneven:

• Ride slowly over the affected area to allow ice to generate properly
• Avoid sudden direction changes at high speed, which may leave gaps
• Ride over the section again to fill in any missing spots

Performance Issues

Large ice tracks can impact performance. If you experience lag:

• Build tracks in smaller sections rather than one massive path
• Avoid creating overly complex, winding patterns
• Test your track on flat terrain first

If problems persist, try creating a new track in a different area to isolate whether the issue is location-specific.
