Ice Track Mod FAQ

Place a boat on the ground, then right-click or enter it. Once you're inside, the mod will begin generating ice beneath the boat as you move, creating your track automatically.

The ice generates on most solid blocks beneath the boat, but results work best on flat terrain like grass, dirt, or stone. Uneven surfaces may cause gaps in your track.

The ice track width is determined by the boat's size and cannot be adjusted through mod settings. The track will be as wide as the boat itself.

Ice generation stops immediately when you exit the boat. If you re-enter it later, it will resume generating ice from that point forward.

The mod works with standard boats, but custom boats from other mods may not generate ice properly. Stick to vanilla boats for reliable track generation.

The ice blocks placed by the mod behave like normal ice and will melt if exposed to light sources like torches or lava nearby. Use ice blocks in shaded areas or away from heat sources to preserve your tracks.
