Design a Boat Racing Course
Planning Your Course
Before you start riding, sketch out your race track layout. Consider the width you want (wider tracks are easier to navigate at speed), total length, and whether you want straightaways, curves, or elevation changes.
Building Multiple Lanes
1. Create your first lane by riding a boat along your planned route
2. For a second lane, position a new boat parallel to your first track
3. Ride the second boat to generate ice alongside the first track
4. Repeat for additional racing lanes
5. Leave space between lanes so boats don't collide
Adding Features
You can create interesting race elements by:
- Building tight curves that require skill to navigate
- Creating straightaways for speed sections
- Designing figure-eight patterns for complex courses
- Building separate tracks for different difficulty levels
Test your course by riding it yourself to ensure the path flows smoothly and is fun to race on.
