Do I need Optifine to use this resource pack?
Optifine or a similar shader/rendering mod is required to see the glowing effects on your dragonsteel weapons and armor. Without it, the pack will still apply the new textures, but the bright magical details won't display.
Why do my dragonsteel items still look the same?
Make sure the resource pack is enabled and ranked above any conflicting packs in your resource pack list. If you're not seeing glowing effects, you need Optifine or another compatible rendering tool installed.
Can I use this with other Ice and Fire resource packs?
You can, but place this pack higher in your resource pack list if you want its dragonsteel textures to take priority. If another pack also modifies dragonsteel items, whichever is ranked higher will be used.
Do the animated textures work on all dragonsteel weapons?
The animated textures apply to dragonsteel swords and axes, making them visibly move during combat. Other dragonsteel tools like pickaxes and shovels receive updated static textures instead.
How do I tell Fire, Ice, and Lightning dragonsteel apart now?
