HuskHomes Plugin FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I set my first home?
Stand where you want your home to be and type /sethome (or /sethome [name] if you want to name it). You'll get a confirmation message, and you can return to that spot anytime with /home.
Can I have multiple homes?
Yes, you can set multiple homes by using /sethome [name] for each location. Use /home [name] to teleport to a specific one, or just /home to go to your default home.
How do I ask someone to teleport to me?
Type /tpa [player name] to send them a teleport request. They'll see an interactive chat menu where they can accept or deny your request.
What's the difference between /tpa and /tpask?
Use /tpa to ask someone to teleport to you, and /tpask (or /tpahere) to ask them to teleport you to their location. Both send requests that the other player must accept.
How do I let my friends visit my home?
Use /sethome public [name] to make a home publicly visible, or /homeinvite [player name] to privately share a specific home with someone. They can then teleport to it with /home [name].
Does random teleportation work in all biomes?
Random teleportation (/rtp) teleports you to a random location in the world, but it avoids dangerous spots like lava and deep water. Some servers may configure which biomes or dimensions are included.
Can I delete a home I don't want anymore?
Yes, use /delhome [name] to remove a home. If you only have one home, just /delhome will delete it.
Do my homes stay if I switch servers?
If your server network uses MySQL and HuskHomes is set up for cross-server play, your homes will sync across all connected servers. Otherwise, homes are stored per-server.
Why can't I teleport to someone's home?
The home might be private (only the owner can visit), you might not be invited, or the owner may have disabled teleports to that home. Ask the owner to share it with you using /homeinvite.
Can admins teleport me without my permission?
Yes, admins can use /tp [player name] to teleport you directly, and they can also manage, delete, or visit other players' homes with admin commands. This is a server-side feature controlled by permissions.
