Showing the Hunger Bar

By default, Hunger Strike hides the hunger bar from view since it serves no purpose. However, you can enable its display in the configuration file if you prefer to see it.

Steps

1. Open the hungerstrike.cfg file in your mod configuration folder

2. Look for a display or visibility option (check for settings like ShowHunger or similar)

3. Change the setting to enable the display

4. Save the file

5. Restart your world or server

Why You Might Want This

Displaying the hunger bar can help you remember that the mechanic is active, or it may be useful for debugging on servers. Since the bar stays fixed at half capacity, it serves as a visual indicator rather than a functional mechanic. Most players leave it hidden for a cleaner interface, but the choice is yours.
