Removing the Recipe Book from the Furnace Interface

What the Mod Changes in the Furnace

Beyond the inventory and crafting table, this mod also strips the recipe book from the furnace GUI. In vanilla, the furnace screen can show recipe-related elements; with the mod active, those are removed so the interface stays clean and matches the hidden-book behavior everywhere else.

1. Place and open a furnace as you normally would.

2. Notice that no recipe book icon or panel is present in the furnace screen.

3. Smelt items as usual — the removal is purely visual and does not affect how the furnace functions.

Keeping Consistency Across GUIs

The goal is uniform behavior: whether you open your inventory, a crafting table, or a furnace, the recipe book should be absent unless you explicitly toggle it on. If you press the toggle hotkey while a furnace is open, the book state follows the same rule as the other screens. If the furnace still shows recipe elements, confirm the mod is loaded correctly and that no other interface mod is overriding the same GUI. Because the change is cosmetic, your smelting recipes, fuel, and output slots all behave exactly as before — you lose only the convenience overlay, not any furnace functionality.
