Troubleshoot Container Access Issues

Container Won't Open

If you own the container and cannot open it, the mod may not have recognized you as the owner. Try breaking and replacing the container. If the problem persists, ask your server administrator to check that the mod is properly installed and enabled.

Trusted Player Still Can't Access

Verify the player's exact username matches what you entered in the trust menu (usernames are case-sensitive). Ask them to try again. If they still cannot access, the container may have been replaced or the trust data corrupted—re-add them to the trust list.

Containers Not Auto-Protecting

New containers should automatically be private. If they aren't, check with your server administrator—they may have disabled auto-protection in the mod's configuration.

Lost Access to Your Own Container

If you somehow cannot access your own container, contact your server administrator. They may have admin permissions to restore your access or investigate what went wrong.
