How to Show Potion Effects and Rocket Durations on Held Items

Potions, tipped arrows, and fireworks all carry hidden data that vanilla Minecraft makes you guess at. This mod surfaces that data on the tooltip.

Potion effects

In the config, find the potion-related line entries. There is typically one for the potion's effect name and one for its duration or amplifier. Enable both if you want the full picture. When you hold a potion, splash potion, lingering potion, or tipped arrow, the effect and its level appear above the hotbar. If you only see the effect name and no duration, the duration line is a separate toggle.

Firework rocket duration

Fireworks used for elytra flight have a flight-time value that determines how long they boost you. The mod reads this and prints it on the tooltip. Find the firework or rocket entry in the config and enable it. Hold a rocket and the flight duration shows up, letting you sort short-hop rockets from long-haul ones without hovering each stack in your inventory.

Keeping the tooltip readable

If you hold a potion and a rocket at once (stacked tooltips from multiple lines), the text can get long. Use the line-order settings to put the info you check most often at the top, and disable lines you rarely read. Save the config and restart to apply.
