How to Read the Health Indicator HUD During Combat

What Each Element Means

When you look at an entity, the mod draws a small panel above it. The name sits at the top, the armor value is shown separately from health, and health appears both as a number and as a bar. The bar length represents current health relative to maximum health, so a half-full bar means the mob is at roughly half its total. Armor is tracked independently — a mob can have full health but heavy armor, which means your hits will do less than the bar alone suggests.

Using It to Plan Fights

Before engaging, glance at the armor figure. High armor with full health means you should bring a stronger weapon or use a damage type armor does not reduce well. During the fight, watch the bar drop rather than the number, since the bar gives you an instant sense of how many more hits are needed. The damage particles that appear when you land a hit confirm your attack connected even if the mob is knocked back or partially hidden.

Handling Multiple Targets

In a group fight, the HUD lets you pick the weakest target first. Sweep your crosshair across the mobs to read each bar, then focus the one closest to empty to remove threats fastest. If the display feels cluttered with many entities at once, reduce what is shown in the config so only the essentials remain visible.
