How to Change the Healing Radius and Effect Settings

Find the config file

The mod is configurable, which means you can change how far the healing reaches and how strong it is. Configuration for this mod lives in a config file generated in your Minecraft instance's config folder after the mod runs once. Open that file with a plain text editor. The main option you will see is the healing radius, which controls how many blocks around the campfire the effect applies.

Adjust the radius

The default radius is 16 blocks, and it can be set anywhere from a minimum of 1 block up to a maximum of 64 blocks. Increase it if you want one campfire to cover a large base or a big animal pen. Decrease it if you want tight, localized healing — for example, a single healing spot next to your bed. Save the file and restart the game for changes to take effect.

Tune the effect itself

Beyond the radius, the config also lets you adjust the Regeneration level, how long the effect lasts, and whether particles are visible. Raising the level makes healing faster; lowering it makes it gentler. Turning particles off is handy if the swirling effect clutters your screen or hurts performance in a base full of campfires. Change one setting at a time and test in-game so you can tell which option did what.
