Apply HD Font to Multiplayer Servers

Using Resource Packs on Servers

The HD Font resource pack is client-side only, meaning it works on any server without requiring server-side installation or permissions. Your font improvements apply only to your game client.

Installation for Multiplayer

1. Install the HD Font resource pack to your .minecraft/resourcepacks/ folder

2. Launch Minecraft and join your desired multiplayer server as usual

3. In the resource pack menu, enable HD Font before connecting

4. Connect to the server—the font will automatically apply to all menus, chat, and interface elements

What You'll See

Your inventory, item tooltips, chat messages, and all UI text will display in Roboto Bold. Other players won't see your resource pack—it only affects your client. Server messages, player names, and sign text will all render with the improved font for better readability during gameplay.

This works across vanilla servers, modded servers, and private networks without conflicts.
