Troubleshoot Text Not Appearing or Looking Wrong

Common Issues and Fixes

Text is invisible or very faint:

• Disable and re-enable the resource pack
• Ensure HD Font is loaded *after* other packs in your list
• Restart your game completely

Font looks pixelated or blurry:

• This is normal for unsupported characters (accented letters, symbols)
• Check that your game is running on 1.13 or newer
• Verify your graphics settings aren't forcing low-resolution textures

Only some text is broken:

• You're likely using characters the Glacial Indifference font doesn't support
• Switch to plain ASCII text or enable the default font temporarily

Reset the Pack

If problems persist:

1. Remove HD Font from your resource packs folder

2. Restart Minecraft

3. Reinstall the pack fresh

4. Load it as the only active pack to test

If it works alone but breaks with other packs, you have a load-order conflict—move HD Font lower in your pack list.
