Why do some letters look pixelated or broken?
Glacial Indifference doesn't include glyphs for all accented characters and special symbols that the default font supports. If your game language uses accented letters, those characters will fall back to the pixelated default font. Switch to English or a supported language, or use the default font for full character coverage.
How do I use HD Font with other resource packs?
Place HD Font at the top of your resource pack list in the resource pack menu so it loads first and its font settings take priority. Other packs will layer on top without overriding the font, as long as they don't also modify font files.
The text looks the same as before. Did it install correctly?
Make sure the resource pack is enabled (highlighted, not greyed out) in your resource pack menu. If it's enabled but text hasn't changed, try restarting your game or checking that you're using a compatible Minecraft version (1.13 or above).
Can I make the font bigger or smaller?
Glacial Indifference is a font replacement only and doesn't include built-in scaling options. You can adjust text size through Minecraft's accessibility settings or by editing the resource pack's font configuration files if you're comfortable with JSON editing.
Does this work on older Minecraft versions?
HD Font requires Minecraft 1.13 or newer because older versions used a different font system. If you're playing an earlier version, you'll need to use the default font or find an alternative resource pack designed for that version.
Why is text missing or invisible in certain menus?
This usually happens when the font file fails to load or conflicts with another resource pack. Try moving HD Font to the very top of your pack order, disable other font-modifying packs temporarily, or reinstall the resource pack.
Will this affect my game performance?
Font resource packs have minimal performance impact since they only replace text rendering. You shouldn't notice any FPS drops or lag from using Glacial Indifference.
Can I use this on a multiplayer server?
Yes, resource packs are client-side only, so using HD Font won't affect other players or cause server issues. Everyone sees your game with your resource packs applied.
How do I revert to the default font?
Disable or remove the HD Font resource pack from your resource pack menu, then restart your game. Your text will immediately return to Minecraft's default font.
Does this work with mods that add custom text or GUIs?
Most mods will display text in Glacial Indifference since it replaces the base font system, but some mods with custom font rendering may not be affected. If text from a specific mod looks wrong, check if that mod has its own font settings or compatibility patches.
