Single Chest or Barrel

Carrying one storage block applies Slowness, which noticeably reduces your walking and sprinting speed. You can still move, jump, and navigate normally—just slower. This encourages strategic planning about when and where to haul.

Multiple Storage Blocks

Attempting to carry more than one chest or barrel at the same time will completely prevent movement and jumping. You become immobilized. This is a hard limit designed to force difficult choices: Do you haul multiple blocks separately, or reorganize your base differently?

Practical Strategy

If you need to move several storage blocks, transport them one at a time. Plan your route before picking up the first block to minimize time spent slowed. Consider whether restructuring your base layout might be more efficient than hauling multiple blocks across distances.
