Choose Between AUTO and CUSTOM Scaling Modes

When to Use AUTO Mode

AUTO mode is ideal if you want simplicity. The mod automatically selects appropriate scales for normal resolution displays, HD monitors, and high-resolution screens. Choose AUTO if:

• You play on one monitor most of the time
• You want the mod to handle scaling without manual tweaking
• You switch between fullscreen and windowed mode frequently

When to Use CUSTOM Mode

CUSTOM mode gives you precise control. Use it if:

• You play across multiple monitors with different resolutions
• You have specific preferences for how large your menus should be
• You want different scales for windowed versus fullscreen play
• You need menus sized differently at particular window widths

Switch Between Modes

Open mod settings through ModMenu and toggle between AUTO and CUSTOM. Your CUSTOM rules are saved even when AUTO is active, so you can switch back anytime without losing your configuration.

Test your chosen mode by resizing your window or toggling fullscreen to confirm menus scale the way you prefer.
