Customize GUI Colors and Themes
Accessing Theme Settings
The GUI Retextures Resource Pack includes customizable color schemes to match your playstyle. Access these options through your resource pack settings in the launcher or in-game resource pack menu.
Applying Color Variants
1. Open your resource packs folder and locate the GUI Retextures pack
2. Look for configuration files or variant folders (typically named by theme, such as "dark," "light," or "vibrant")
3. Select your preferred variant by enabling it in the resource pack list
4. Reload your resource packs (F3 + T on most systems, or restart Minecraft)
5. Check your inventory, crafting menu, and other screens to confirm the new colors have applied
Fine-Tuning Your Setup
If the pack includes JSON configuration files, you can edit these directly to adjust specific UI elements. However, most players find the built-in variants sufficient. If colors don't update immediately, try closing and reopening menus or restarting your world.
Note: Some variants may be incompatible with other resource packs. Disable conflicting packs if GUI elements appear broken or misaligned.
