Change the Color of Your Effect Timer Text

Access the Configuration Menu

Open your mod configuration settings. The exact location depends on your mod loader, but typically you'll find it in the main menu under Mods or Options, then search for GUI Effect Timer Mod.

Adjust RGB Values

The mod uses three separate sliders or input fields for color customization:

• Red value: Set anywhere from 0 to 255. Higher values add more red to your timer text.
• Green value: Set anywhere from 0 to 255. Higher values add more green.
• Blue value: Set anywhere from 0 to 255. Higher values add more blue.

Combine these three channels to create any color you want. For example:

• Pure white: Red 255, Green 255, Blue 255
• Pure red: Red 255, Green 0, Blue 0
• Cyan: Red 0, Green 255, Blue 255

Save and Test

Apply your changes and return to the game. Look at any active potion effect icon in your inventory screen or HUD. The countdown timer text should now display in your chosen color. Adjust further if needed until it matches your preference and remains readable against your background.
