Crafting Combat Claws

Craft your Combat Claws using Diamond or Netherite materials at a crafting table, similar to crafting other weapons in this mod.

Equipping for Climbing

Place the claws in your hotbar and select them. Unlike scythes, claws are primarily a mobility tool—they grant you the ability to climb vertical surfaces.

Climbing Mechanics

Approach any solid vertical wall or surface while holding the claws equipped. Look upward at the wall and move forward—you'll begin climbing. Hold forward to ascend, and use your normal movement keys to navigate across the wall surface.

Practical Uses

Claws let you reach high ledges, scale cliff faces, and access areas normally requiring blocks or ladders. This is invaluable for exploration and escaping dangerous situations.

Combat Application

While claws excel at climbing, they also function as fast melee weapons for quick strikes. The climbing ability makes them perfect for hit-and-run tactics where you scale a wall to escape after attacking.
