Troubleshoot Missing or Incorrect Villager Models
Verify Resource Pack is Active
If villagers still look like the default vanilla models, check that Gray's Villager Overhaul is actually enabled in your resource packs list. Open the resource packs menu and confirm the pack appears in the "Active" column, not the "Inactive" column.
Confirm Video Settings Again
Return to Video Settings and double-check that Custom Entity Models and Random Entities are both enabled. These settings sometimes reset or fail to apply properly. Toggle them off and back on if needed.
Reload the Resource Pack
Press F3 + T (or use the reload option in your resource pack menu) to force the game to reload all active packs. This often fixes visual glitches where models fail to load on first startup.
Check for Conflicts
If you have multiple resource packs active, another pack might be overriding the villager models. Try disabling other packs temporarily to see if Gray's Villager Overhaul displays correctly in isolation.
Restart the Game
If problems persist, fully close and reopen Minecraft. Some rendering features require a complete game restart to initialize properly.
