Use This Pack with Other Mods

Compatibility with Mob Mods

Gray's Monster Overhaul is a resource pack, not a mod, so it works alongside most gameplay mods. However, it only reskins vanilla hostile mobs. If you use mods that add new creatures, those new mobs won't receive custom models from this pack.

Stacking Resource Packs

You can use multiple resource packs together. If you want Gray's Monster Overhaul plus other visual improvements:

• Load Gray's Monster Overhaul first (highest priority)
• Add other packs below it
• Packs lower in the list will fill in gaps where Gray's doesn't apply

Avoid Conflicts

If you have another pack that also modifies hostile mob textures or models, they will conflict. Only one can be active at a time. Choose which pack you prefer, or check if one is designed to be a base layer for the other.

Performance Impact

Custom models and textures use more resources than vanilla graphics. If you experience lag, try disabling other resource packs or lowering your render distance. The pack works best on systems that can handle Fancy graphics settings.
