Experience the Flip Effect When Flying Above Clouds
Fly Into the Cloud Layer
One of the pack's best features is how the gradient automatically flips when you change your perspective relative to the clouds.
1. Enable Creative Mode or use an Elytra to fly upward
2. Fly toward a cloud layer from below
3. Watch as you approach—the bottom stays solid and the top fades
4. Continue flying upward and pass through the cloud layer
See the Inversion
Once you're above the clouds looking down, the effect reverses: the top of the clouds becomes solid while the bottom fades away. This creates a seamless, directional gradient that always makes sense from your viewpoint.
Blend Effect in the Middle
When you fly directly through the middle of a cloud, the textures blend smoothly around you rather than creating hard edges. This maintains the soft, polished look throughout your flight. The gradient responds dynamically to your position, making the clouds feel more natural and less like solid blocks.
