Golden Territory Protection Plugin FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I start claiming land?
Hold a golden shovel and click two corner points on the ground to outline your area, then type /claim create to finalize the claim. You'll need enough claim blocks in your balance to cover the area size.
What happens if I run out of claim blocks?
You won't be able to create new claims or expand existing ones until you purchase more claim blocks using /claim buy with your server currency.
Can I let multiple friends build in my claim?
Yes, use /claim trust for each friend you want to invite—they'll then be able to place and break blocks, open chests, and interact with doors and levers inside your claim.
How do I remove someone's access to my claim?
Use /claim untrust to revoke their permissions; they will no longer be able to interact with your claim after that.
What's the difference between the claim flags?
Flags control specific behaviors in your claim like PvP combat, fire spread, explosions, mob spawning, and weather—use /claim flag to toggle each one on or off based on your preferences.
Can I see exactly where my claim boundaries are?
Type /claim visualize to display particle effects around your claim borders so you can see the exact protected area in real time.
What if I want to delete a claim and get my blocks back?
Use /claim unclaim refund to remove the claim and receive your claim blocks back into your balance.
Do claims protect chests and redstone devices?
Yes, unauthorized players cannot open chests, click levers, press buttons, or interact with doors inside your claim—only trusted players and the owner can use these items.
Will my claim data be saved if the server restarts?
Yes, all land records and player data are automatically saved and backed up, so your claims will persist through server restarts.
Can I expand a claim I already created?
You can create additional claims in different areas, but to expand an existing claim you'll need to unclaim it and recreate it with a larger area using more claim blocks.
