Spot Glowing Ores Instantly

With this resource pack, diamond and emerald ores emit a bright glow that cuts through cave darkness. This makes them visible from a distance without needing to place torches everywhere.

How to Use the Glow

1. Enter a cave system at any depth where diamonds spawn (Y-level 16 and below).

2. Look for the bright glow among stone and deepslate blocks—diamond ore will stand out with its distinctive color and light.

3. Scan horizontally and vertically as you explore; the glow works through walls if you're close enough.

4. Mine the ore once spotted. The animated texture confirms you're looking at the right block.

Underground Mining Tips

The glow is especially useful when:

• Mining in complete darkness without torches
• Exploring underwater caves where visibility is poor
• Searching at night on the surface
• Working under the Darkness effect from sculk sensors

Emerald ores in mountains will also glow, making them easier to locate in snowy or foggy biomes. The moving animation helps distinguish glowing ores from other bright blocks like lava or glowstone.
