Combine This Pack With Shaders for Maximum Visibility

Shader Compatibility

This pack works with most shader mods that support emissive textures. The glowing ore outlines remain visible and often look even more dramatic when combined with advanced lighting effects.

Recommended Setup

Enable OptiFine or a similar mod that provides emissive texture support. Install your preferred shader pack. The ore glows will layer on top of shader lighting, creating bright halos around ore blocks. This effect is especially striking in caves where shaders add realistic shadows—the glowing ore cuts through darkness clearly.

Adjusting for Visual Comfort

If the combined glow feels too bright, check your shader settings. Most shader packs include brightness or glow intensity sliders. Reduce emissive brightness slightly if ore blocks wash out surrounding details. The goal is ore visibility without losing sight of cave structure.
