Enable Glowing Blocks in Modded Dimensions

Accessing Mod-Specific Ores

Glow Up supports ores and blocks from dimension mods and specialized content packs. To see glowing blocks in these areas:

1. Install required mods: Ensure you have the mod installed (Aether, Alex's Caves, Deeper and Darker, etc.).

2. Access the dimension: Travel to the modded dimension using the mod's mechanics (portals, biomes, etc.).

3. Ores will glow automatically: Once in the dimension, all supported ores and blocks will emit light.

Supported Dimensions and Mods

• Aether: All ores and special blocks glow.
• Alex's Caves: Ores specific to cave biomes are emissive.
• Deeper and Darker: Sculk blocks and ores glow with their own light.
• Ice and Fire: Dragon-related ores and blocks are supported.
• Create mod family: Ore variants and special blocks emit light.

Verifying Support

If a block doesn't glow in a modded dimension:

• Check that Glow Up lists that mod in its supported packs.
• Ensure the mod version is compatible.
• Some blocks may not have emissive variants if they're not ores or light-emitting by nature.
