Track Player Locations and Monitor Nearby Activity

Enable Player Markers

Access the mod's display settings and ensure player markers are toggled on. This will show real-time positions of online players on both your minimap and world map.

Identify Player Information

Hover over or click player markers to view:

  • Player username
  • Current coordinates
  • Associated town or nation (if applicable)
  • Distance from your position

Set Up Proximity Alerts

Configure the mod to highlight or notify you when players enter a certain range around you. This is valuable for:

  • Detecting potential threats in contested territories
  • Monitoring diplomatic meetings or gatherings
  • Tracking movement of key nation leaders
  • Spotting unauthorized players near your town

Use Markers for Strategy

Combine player tracking with town claim overlays to understand troop movements and nation activity patterns. Watch for clustering around capitals or border regions to anticipate conflicts or negotiations.

Adjust Update Frequency

If performance is a concern, you can reduce how often player positions refresh, though real-time tracking is generally recommended for active gameplay.
