Fusion 3D Items Resource Pack FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

Do I need to install anything else before using this resource pack?
Yes, you must have the Fusion mod installed first. The resource pack only adds 3D models for items that the mod creates; without the mod, the pack won't have anything to display.
Why do my items still look flat even after installing the pack?
Make sure the resource pack is enabled in your world settings and ranked above any conflicting packs. Also verify that 3D Item Models are turned on in your video settings—this feature must be enabled for the models to render.
Can I use this pack with other resource packs?
Yes, but pack order matters. Place the Fusion 3D Items pack higher in your resource pack list than packs that might also modify item models, so its models take priority.
Do the 3D models work in my inventory or only when I hold items?
The 3D models appear both in your hand when holding items and in third-person view. They also display when items are dropped on the ground.
Will 3D item models hurt my performance?
3D models use more rendering power than flat textures, especially on lower-end systems. If you experience lag, try lowering your render distance or disabling the 3D Item Models setting in video options.
Which items from the Fusion mod get 3D models?
The pack includes 3D models for doors, standing signs, hanging signs, torches, soul torches, soul lanterns, cauldrons, flower pots, levers, and campfires, plus many other regular items.
Do I need to enable anything in-game after installing the pack?
Make sure 3D Item Models are enabled in your Video Settings. If they're off, even an installed pack won't show the 3D models.
Why do some items still look flat or wrong?
Some items may not have custom 3D models included in the pack. Check that your pack is fully installed and that you're looking at a Fusion mod item rather than a vanilla Minecraft item.
Does this pack work in multiplayer servers?
Yes, resource packs are client-side, so you can use this pack on any server that has the Fusion mod installed. Other players won't need the pack to see your world normally.
What do I do if the pack won't load or causes crashes?
Verify the Fusion mod is installed and up to date, then try removing the pack and reinstalling it. If crashes continue, check that your game version matches the pack's compatibility.
