Resizing the Window

When Minecraft launches in windowed mode, you can resize it like any other application:

• Hover your cursor over the edge or corner of the window until it changes to a resize cursor
• Click and drag to make the window larger or smaller
• Double-click the title bar to maximize the window (without entering fullscreen)

Moving the Window

Drag the title bar of the Minecraft window to reposition it on your screen. This is useful if you want to place it alongside another application.

Saving Your Preferences

Minecraft remembers your window size and position between sessions. If you resize or move the window and then close the game, it will launch in the same size and position next time.

Fullscreen as an Alternative

If you prefer not to manually resize, simply press F11 to enter fullscreen mode, which uses your monitor's full resolution. You can toggle back to your custom windowed size by pressing F11 again.
