How to Create and Manage Waypoints on the FTB Chunks Map

Making a Waypoint

Waypoints mark important spots like your base, a village, or a mining outpost so you can find them again.

1. Open the large map with your map keybind.

2. Right-click anywhere on the map to open the waypoint creation menu.

3. Give the waypoint a name, pick a color, and choose an icon if you want.

4. Confirm — the waypoint appears on both the large map and your minimap.

You can also create a waypoint at your current position from the minimap or via a keybind, which is handy when you're standing somewhere you want to remember.

Editing and Deleting Waypoints

Open the Waypoints list from the map screen. From there you can:

• Rename a waypoint.
• Change its color or icon.
• Toggle whether it shows on the minimap, the world map, or both.
• Delete waypoints you no longer need.

Waypoints can also be shared with allies so your whole team sees the same markers. If a waypoint is cluttering your screen, hide it rather than deleting it — you can always re-enable it later from the same list.
