How do I tame Frieren or Mistress Frieren?
Find or craft a trapped chest and use it on the girl you want to tame. Once tamed, she becomes your companion and will follow you around the world.
Can I have both Frieren and Mistress Frieren at the same time?
Yes—install both frieren.json and mistressfrieren.json in your config folder, and both resource packs in your resourcepacks folder. They will spawn and function as two separate companions.
How do I make Frieren and Mistress Frieren the same girl with different outfits?
Install only frieren.json in your config folder, but keep both resource packs active. Toggle between outfits by enabling or disabling each resource pack one at a time.
What do I use to tame them?
You need a trapped chest (minecraft:trapped_chest). Use it on the companion you want to tame.
How do I unlock companion scenes?
Scenes unlock automatically as you level up your companion. Once unlocked, you can use them directly in survival or creative worlds through the mod's interface.
Why can't I see the girls or their outfits?
Make sure both the frieren.json (or mistressfrieren.json) files are in config/pleasurehorizons/girls AND the corresponding resource packs are active in your resource pack list.
Do armor pieces work on these models?
No, armor slots are not supported on the Frieren and Mistress Frieren models.
Can I use this mod in survival mode?
Yes, you can tame and use both companions in survival mode. You'll need to obtain or craft trapped chests to tame them.
What's the difference between the two versions?
Both share the same chibi proportions, white hair, and green eyes, but have different outfits and slightly different themes. They use the same base stats and mechanics.
Do I need to restart my world after installing the mod?
You should restart your world or use /reload to ensure the mod loads the configuration files and resource packs correctly.
