Select a region of the Nether where Ancient Debris spawns. Strip-mining or branch-mining techniques work well—create a main tunnel and dig side branches at regular intervals. Mark your paths so you don't get lost in the Nether's vast terrain.

Organizing Your Inventory

Bring your Fortune pickaxe, a regular pickaxe for other blocks, food, and blocks for building. Keep inventory space open for Netherite Scraps. Consider using shulker boxes to expand your carrying capacity and make multiple trips efficient.

Automating Collection

If you're mining a large area, set up a central base with storage chests and furnaces (for other ores). Deposit your Netherite Scraps regularly. Some players create hoppers and item sorters to automatically organize drops. With this data pack, you won't need furnaces for scraps, so focus your infrastructure on storage and sorting instead.
