How to Fix Forge Endertech Missing Dependency Crashes

Reading the Crash Log

When an Endertech content mod fails to start, the crash report usually names the missing or mismatched dependency. Look for lines mentioning Forge Endertech or the specific content mod. This tells you whether the library is absent, the wrong build, or incompatible with your loader.

Step-by-Step Fixes

1. Open your mods folder and confirm Forge Endertech is present as a jar file.

2. Check that the library and the content mod target the same Minecraft version. Mixing versions is a frequent cause of dependency errors.

3. Confirm both are built for the same mod loader you are running.

4. If you recently updated a content mod, update Forge Endertech to a matching build as well. Content mods often require a minimum library version.

5. Remove any duplicate or older copies of the library so only one version loads.

6. Restart the game and re-check the mod list.

When It Still Fails

If the crash persists, temporarily remove the content mods one at a time to isolate which one is demanding a different library version. A single outdated content mod can force a conflict even when the library itself is fine. Keep the library and all Endertech content mods updated together as a set.
