Build a Custom Loot Table for a Block or Mob
Starting a New Loot Table
Open the Flux Script Architect workspace and go to Loot Tables. Click Create New Loot Table and select whether you're building a table for a block, mob, or chest.
Configuring Drops
Add entries for each item you want to drop. For each entry, set:
- The item to drop
- Drop rate (as a percentage or pool weight)
- Quantity range (minimum and maximum stacks)
- Conditions (e.g., only drop with specific tools, only on certain difficulties)
Adding Conditions
Use the Conditions panel to restrict drops. Common conditions include tool requirements (silk touch, specific pickaxe tier) and environment checks (player-caused vs. natural death).
Saving and Testing
Save your loot table. Break the block or defeat the mob to verify drops match your configuration. Adjust rates or conditions as needed and reload to test changes.
