Flower Clusters Resource Pack FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
Do I need a mod loader or is this just a resource pack?
Flower Clusters is a resource pack only—no mod loader required. Simply drop it into your resource packs folder and enable it in your world settings.
Why are my flowers still appearing as single blocks?
Check that the resource pack is enabled and ranked above any conflicting packs in your load order. If flowers from mods aren't clustering, verify the mod's flower textures are recognized by checking the pack's supported mod list.
Does this work with modded flowers?
Yes—Flower Clusters supports flowers from popular mods like Biomes O' Plenty, The Aether, Wilder Wild, and Atmospheric. If a mod's flowers aren't clustering, it may not be on the supported list yet.
Will this affect my FPS or cause lag?
Flower Clusters is a visual-only resource pack and has minimal performance impact. Any lag you experience is likely from your overall texture resolution or other mods, not from this pack.
Can I use this with other flower or nature resource packs?
You can, but place Flower Clusters higher in your resource pack load order so its clustering textures take priority. If both packs modify the same flowers, conflicts may occur.
Do the flower clusters affect gameplay or drop rates?
No—this is purely visual. Flower clusters behave exactly like single flowers for harvesting, breeding, and crafting purposes.
How do I make flowers cluster in specific biomes only?
Flower Clusters applies globally to all biomes where those flowers naturally spawn. You cannot selectively disable clustering for individual biomes through the pack itself.
What if a mod I use isn't on the supported list?
Unsupported mod flowers will still appear normally as single blocks. Check the mod's wiki or community forums to see if support is planned, or consider requesting it.
Does this work in multiplayer or on servers?
Yes—since it's a resource pack, all players see the clustered flowers if they have it installed. It doesn't require server-side installation.
Can I customize which flowers cluster or how dense they are?
Flower Clusters applies a fixed clustering style to all supported flowers. Customization requires editing the resource pack's texture files directly, which is beyond standard pack configuration.
