What Rocket Jumping Does

Rocket Jumping lets you propel yourself through the air by firing Firework Rockets downward or to your sides. This is a mobility tool, not just a combat mechanic—use it to reach high places, cross gaps, or escape danger quickly.

Basic Rocket Jump Technique

1. Equip your Firework Crossbow with loaded rockets

2. Aim downward at the ground beneath you

3. Fire while jumping to launch yourself upward

4. Time multiple shots to chain jumps and gain height or distance

5. Angle sideways to move horizontally instead of vertically

Important Safety Note

Unlike vanilla Fireworks, rockets from this mod no longer grant invincibility frames after self-damage. This means fall damage and environmental hazards still apply—plan your trajectory carefully. Practice in safe areas first, and always have an escape plan or water bucket ready when experimenting with high jumps.
