Explore the Wasteland Safely

Check Radiation Levels First

Before leaving the Sanctuary, ensure the radiation has cleared enough that you won't take constant damage. The radiation decreases gradually, so patience is key to safe exploration.

Gear Up Before Venturing Out

Bring weapons, tools, and armor before exploring ruins. Pack food to restore hunger during extended trips. Carry a pickaxe to break through rubble and access hidden chests in broken buildings. Bring torches to light your path and mark your route back to the Sanctuary.

Search Ruins Methodically

The wasteland contains scattered ruins—old, broken structures left behind. Search these carefully for hidden chests containing valuable supplies. Look for Iron Golems guarding certain areas; they're neutral but indicate important locations nearby. Be cautious of lava pools and uneven terrain.

Watch for Zombie Hordes

Large groups of zombies spawn throughout the wasteland. Avoid engaging entire hordes if possible—retreat to high ground or back toward the Sanctuary if overwhelmed. Use terrain to your advantage and pick off stragglers rather than fighting groups head-on.
