Understand Reward Systems

When you unlock a new entry, the server may grant you experience points, items, or trigger special commands. The exact rewards depend on how the server admin has configured the mod.

Check for Notifications

After a successful scan, watch your chat for confirmation messages. These often announce what reward you've earned. XP gains appear in your experience bar; item rewards may drop at your feet or go directly to your inventory.

Maximize Rewards Through Exploration

Since each unique entity scan can reward you, focus on finding as many different creatures and plants as possible. Explore multiple biomes, visit at different times, and look for modded entities—all contribute to your total discoveries.

Track Your Progress

Your Field Guide displays how many entries you've unlocked. Servers may have leaderboards or achievement systems tied to discovery count. Work toward completing your guide to unlock all available rewards.
