Setting Up and Using a Familiar Bed

Crafting a Familiar Bed

Familiar Beds are specialized blocks designed to store and rest your tamed familiars. Craft one using the recipe provided in your mod's crafting menu—materials vary by bed type, but they're typically made from common resources.

Placing and Storing Familiars

Place the Familiar Bed in a safe location, such as your base or home. Interact with a tamed familiar while sneaking, or use the bed's interface to store them inside. The bed acts as both storage and a respawn point for your familiar.

Retrieving Your Familiar

Right-click the Familiar Bed to open its interface and summon your familiar back into the world. You can store multiple familiars in different beds or rotate which ones you're actively using.

Benefits

Storing familiars in beds prevents them from taking damage while you're away, keeps them organized, and allows you to switch between different familiars for different tasks or combat situations.
