Troubleshooting Fabric Seasons Terraformers Compat Not Changing Biome Colors

First Checks

This mod is purely a colormap compatibility patch. It adds no blocks, items, or recipes, so if you are looking for craftable content you will not find any. Its only job is to make Traverse and Terrestria biomes respond to Fabric Seasons.

Common Causes and Fixes

1. Missing parent mod: if Traverse or Terrestria is absent, there are no biomes to patch. Install both.

2. Fabric Seasons not working: test in a vanilla biome first. If vanilla grass does not change, fix Fabric Seasons before blaming this mod.

3. Load order or a disabled mod: ensure the compat mod is enabled and loads after Fabric Seasons.

4. Conflicting color mods: mods that hardcode or override biome colors can suppress the seasonal colormaps. Remove or reorder them.

5. Stale world: colormaps bind at biome registration, so reload or regenerate the world after changing your mod set.

Verifying Success

Pick a Traverse or Terrestria biome with visible grass or deciduous foliage. Note the color, then advance the season via Fabric Seasons and check again. A clear shift toward autumn or winter tones means the compat layer is working. If colors remain identical across all seasons, work back through the causes above.
