Making Shared Loot Chests Look Consistent on a Server
Why Consistency Matters in Multiplayer
On a server running Lootr, each player sees their own loot in a shared chest. The visual style of those chests is client-side, which means every player needs the resource pack enabled locally to see the medieval look. The server does not push textures to clients, so consistency is something each player sets up.
Set It Up Per Player
1. Install both the main Excalibur pack and this support pack in your resource packs folder.
2. In Options, enable Excalibur first, then enable the support pack above it.
3. Reload and verify a Lootr chest in the world shows the new texture.
If you run a server, tell your players which packs to use and in what order so everyone sees the same style. Players who skip the support pack will still see vanilla-looking Lootr containers, which can look out of place next to retextured builds. Keeping the load order identical across players avoids confusion when discussing builds or sharing screenshots.
