Understanding Item Teleportation

This mod includes a feature where dropped items return to your inventory automatically. This works both when you drop items yourself and when other players pick them up in multiplayer.

How It Works

Once enabled in your world or server, the mechanic is passive—you don't need to do anything special. When an item leaves your inventory:

• If you drop it on the ground, it teleports back to you
• If another player picks it up, it returns to your hands
• The item reappears in your inventory or hotbar

Practical Benefits

This prevents accidental loss of valuable tools, enchanted books, or rare materials. It's especially useful during:

• Mining sessions where you might accidentally drop items
• Combat situations where knockback sends items flying
• Multiplayer play where theft or accidents happen

Configuration Note

Check your server or world settings to confirm this feature is active. Some servers may disable it for gameplay reasons. If items aren't returning, ask an admin whether the mechanic is enabled on your specific world.
