How to Make Advanced Alloy and Circuits

Alloy Furnace Basics

The Alloy Furnace smelts multiple input materials into alloys. Feed it the correct combination of ingots (check JEI/REI for the recipe) and supply energy. It outputs Advanced Alloy Ingots, which are the backbone of higher-tier crafting.

From Ingot to Plate

Use a press with the appropriate mold (or a plate-producing machine) to turn Advanced Alloy Ingots into Advanced Alloy Plates. Plates are used in machine frames, circuits, and advanced components.

Circuits

Basic Circuits are crafted from simpler materials and are used in low-tier machines. Advanced Circuits require more refined inputs (often including advanced alloys or plates) and are used in advanced machines, solar cells, and battery boxes. Check the recipe viewer for exact ingredients.

Machine Frames

Basic Machine Frame and Advanced Machine Frame are structural components required to build most machines. Craft them from the appropriate plates and circuits. Keep a stock of frames on hand — you'll need them constantly as you expand.

Workflow Tip

Set up a small production line: Alloy Furnace → press for plates → assembler for circuits → assembler for frames. Feed it with belts and power it from your battery network. This turns raw ingots into finished components without manual crafting.
