Frequently asked questions

How do I read the lore on an enchanted book?
Hold an enchanted book in your hand and open it like you would a written book—the mod lets you view the full description and lore for every enchantment it contains instead of just seeing the enchantment name and level.
Do I need to do anything special to enable lore for modded enchantments?
The mod automatically supports enchantments from popular mod packs like Mo'Enchantments, Fabric Enchantments, Charm, Better End, and Monster of the Ocean Depths; if an enchantment isn't showing lore, it may not have a lore entry yet, but the mod will still let you read the enchantment name and level.
Can I add my own custom lore to enchantments?
Yes, the mod supports custom lore entries through configuration files; check the mod's config folder for the lore data files where you can add or edit descriptions for any enchantment.
Why can't I read lore from enchanted items, only books?
The mod is designed to work with enchanted books specifically, which display lore when opened; enchanted tools and armor don't have a readable interface like books do, so lore is only accessible through enchanted book items.
