Using Flat Repair Costs

Instead of paying escalating experience costs, Enchant Once Mod lets you repair any damaged tool or armor piece for a flat cost of two experience levels.

How to Repair

1. Place your damaged item in the left slot of an anvil

2. Place the base material (iron ingot for iron tools, diamond for diamond gear, etc.) in the right slot

3. Combine them

4. Pay exactly two experience levels

5. Your item is fully repaired

This works on any tool or armor piece, regardless of how many times it's been repaired before. You'll never see the "Too Expensive" message that normally blocks late-game anvil use.

Why This Matters

Late-game gear becomes affordable to maintain. You can keep your best enchanted equipment in perfect condition indefinitely without worrying about exponential experience costs or being forced to abandon valuable items.
