How to Move or Reposition the Durability HUD on Your Screen

The durability readout is drawn as an overlay, so you can drag it wherever it does not block your view of the hotbar, health, or hunger.

Opening the Config Screen

Open the mod's configuration screen from the in-game mod list (the config button next to the mod entry) or via the keybind the mod registers for its settings. Once the config screen is open, look for the section that controls HUD placement or position. Many HUD mods let you drag a preview of the overlay directly with the mouse; if yours does, click and hold the durability display and move it to a corner you prefer, then release. If the config uses X and Y offset sliders instead, adjust them and watch the preview move in real time.

Choosing a Good Spot

Place the readout near the hotbar but not on top of it, or tuck it into a screen corner. If you also use the empty-slot counter and effect timers, keep them grouped so your eyes only travel to one area. Remember the overlay scales with your GUI scale setting, so re-check placement after changing GUI scale or resolution. Save or apply the config, then exit and re-enter a world if the change does not appear immediately.
