Change Your Display Name Color

Coloring Your Name with /color

Make your display name stand out by applying a custom color that other players will see.

To set your name color:

1. Open chat

2. Type /color [color] where [color] is your chosen color name

3. Press Enter

Common color options include standard Minecraft color codes like red, blue, green, yellow, gold, and more. Your display name will now appear in that color above your character.

Resetting to Default Color

To remove your custom color and return to the default white:

1. Open chat

2. Type /color with no arguments

3. Press Enter

This clears your color selection. Your display name will revert to white or your server's default name color. You can change colors freely whenever you want to match your current mood or playstyle.
